Who wants to be the coach of their child’s team? Answer- No one
I signed up my son for our city basketball league (he was 5 at the time) and they could not get a parent to volunteer to be the coach. All I knew about basketball was that our team would definitely suffer if I was the coach. Finally, a dad stepped up and coached the team. This team was full of the cutest kids to ever play basketball! When the short season came to a close, I wanted to give the coach a gift card to say thank you. He honestly deserved a thank you for all the time he dedicated to a team that he wasn’t getting paid to coach.

This month, Elise from Polka Dotted Blue Jay challenged us to make some sports themed cut files and I knew that I wanted to recreate this card for more sports! All the sports coaches need gift cards!
I have a file for Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Football, and Soccer. I have the lines on the inside perfectly spaced for a gift card. You could also delete those and use these for birthday party invitations or just a hand written thank you note. I would also use these for team gifts if your child is old enough to care about that.
They would be so cute for a sports themed birthday party favor/invitation.
I even added a little tab at the front to hold the card closed.
